The Salicylic Acid in this toner aids in dissolving the top layer of the stratum corneum via its keratolytic nature or exfoliation.  Salicylic Acid is derived from the bark of sweet birch (helps guard the skin against fungal and bacterial infection and reduces wrinkles and sagging of the skin and muscles. and wintergreen leaves.  When applied, this biologically active form of Vitamin A (Retinol Palmitate) can be converted to retinoic acid.

Retinol’s vital role is to produce new cell tissue, cell maintenance, and optimum cellular turnover The astringent properties of Witch Hazel Extract (Hamamelis) have toning, anti-inflammatory, and regulating properties. The extract comes from the bark and leaves of the tree. It is a proficient vasoconstrictor effect that is excellent for inflamed, irritated, or acne skin conditions.

The highly moisturizing Panthenol ingredient aids in tissue and encourages rapid cell turnover.  The properties of Panthenol helps with wound healing and is anti-inflammatory.  Panthenol is an humectant providing needed hydration and suppleness of the skin.

DIRECTION

Using a cotton pad, apply to entire face and neck. May be used twice daily.
