The astringent properties of Witch Hazel Extract (Hamamelis) has toning, anti-inflammatory and regulating properties. The extract comes from the bark and leaves of the tree. It is a proficient vasoconstrictor effect that is excellent for inflamed, irritate or acneic skin conditions.
